Currently working with The Bar of Ireland; the representative body for the Barristers profession in Ireland, as The Bar's first dedicated EDI & Wellbeing Coordinator in the Communications and Member Services Department. Core responsibilities include; ~ Secretary to the Equality & Resilience committee 24/25. ~ Developing Personal Support Initiatives for Members at the Bar.~ Developing a Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Members at the Bar 24/25.~ Implementing a national coordinated approach to EDI & Wellbeing for all Members at the Bar.~ Liaising with the wider Legal community to advocate for and promote EDI, Health and Wellbeing.
