Progressed to Brand Manager of Snacks adding Fulfil Vitamin and Protein bar to my portfolio. For this brand I oversaw the launch from idea on page to the huge success it became in its first year. Some responsibilities of my role included: Creating the initial business plan for launch to market, helped sign off on flavours, Packaging design, POS design, POS tracking and management of stock levels, monthly reports on distribution and sales, managed the relationships with each agency that helped make Fulfil a success, employed and managed a head of sampling team and employed each sampler. Controlled the budget and attended each trade show as representative for the brand. Employed and managed a junior Brand Manager to assist with the growing brand.My favourite project to work on was the Fulfil pop up shop, I organised and managed the 4 day pop up shop that took place in South William Street October 2016. For the other brands in my portfolio as well as creating and executing business plans including yearly forecasting, some other duties included the below:Manage & track all aspects of the Healthy Snacks & Beverages brand’s performances (distribution, rate-of-sale, sales Vs budget, spend Vs budget, SKU performance & opportunities, channel performance & opportunities, PR, opportunities & threats). From this I would pull together monthly reports to present to the brand owners. Setting up for various events throughout the year. Managing the relevant agencies for each brand (PR, Social etc). Creating compelling presentations combining relevant research, the benefits of the brand, POS packages and the marketing plans of each brand for the National account managers to present to buyers when trying to get new listings. Creating plans for NPD launches.

Being a swimming teacher involves supervising and encouraging younger people with constant support, feedback and praise. Assisting in developing their skills, technique and knowledge through updating and adapting lesson plans. The role also involves leading and motivating a class to perform how you instruct. Being creative and organised with lesson plans is very important to ensure you are developing the classes ability while having fun and challenging themselves.

Within this role I prepared lectures in basic marketing concepts for undergraduate students. I also evaluated and graded students' class work, assignments, and papers. From this I compiled, administered and graded these assignments. I encouraged and motivated the class to present their work to the best of their ability.

Main responsibilities involve creating an innovative marketing campaign aimed at young professionals including elements of social media, print, guerrilla marketing and many other innovative ways to try raise awareness of this new start-up company- Temptster. I will be responsible for the strategy, roll-out and budget for this campaign. Other responsibilities of this job include; business development-Helping to attract new customers and once these customers are secured ensuring excellent customer relationship management. Other elements of this role include market research and managing social networks.
