Working within the Human Resources team, I developed my communication skills along with my social skills. As a member of the recruitment team, my main responsibilities included reviewing CVs, controlling inventory processes and organizing interview processes. Since the teams that I recruited were in departments such as marketing, corporate communication, accounting, finance, and law, I had opportunity to closely observe and monitor needs and requirements of these departments.

As a member of the Bank and Portfolio Team, I control all customer cheques and notes on a regular basis and prepare them for payment to their own bank. In addition, I also maintain additional processes such as collection, communication with the bank for cheques and notes’ situation, and refund those incorrectly arranged cheques and notes by their drawer.

I improved practical skills and communication skills. Being part of team member.
