*Arranging logistics of shipments*Coordinating transport timeline with project team and selecting the freight agents according to costcomparison and urgency status of the shipment*creating transport POs of shipments to PMX/ERP*Approval of invoices in CORA system*Sharing notification with customs brokers for import & exports transports*Document controlling of all exports done from GE Hydro France*Follow up temporary shipments & remind the time limits to related transport person*Checking Hs codes and accordingly checking the duties on customs & antidumping rates*informing buyers/project team about the import/export duties before purchasing*Keeping record of and archiving all documentation related with each transaction*Making settlements with counterparties , related governmental institutions and brokerage companies*Working closely with traders and coordinating finance, customs , accounting department to have asmooth operational process , solve problems and ensure work quality*Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with counterparties
