My responsibilities;•Specialized in defense products as well as military textile including military technical textile•Participating meetings within the scope of strategic investment projects for meeting the needs of the armies of the countries•Take part in international business development projects•Conducting contract lifecycle management process•Pursuing international procurement projects•Conducting potential market research on international investments•Hosting the relevant authorities of the countries and presenting the company portfolio•Making correspondence with the necessary directorate of the countries mostly Ministry of Defence of the countries within the scope of the investment and procurement projects•Preparing presentations and investment reports including feasibility reports on strategic investment projects and presenting to the relevant authorities as well as the board members of the company.•Preparing a price proposal and technical specifications in the field of defense industry•Contacting with the subsidiary companies, suppliers as well as other key players in defense sector directly

My responsibilities;•Contract management and tender preparation•Making field visit domestically and internationally to analyze the requirements as well as to check the work progress•Attend and be visible/present in events/fairs that are relevant to dredgers, freighters, ship dismantling machines and related ship’s materials.•Communicate thoroughly, as well as bring all updates to the Executive Director of Yutek Gemi on international fairs and events. •Monitor international trade issues relating to the ship industry •Creating and delivering presentations for research projects•Translate auction documents, and other formal documents from English to Turkish and Turkish to English.

My responsibilities;•Getting more in to the ongoing, approved, completed, and also pipeline projects of UNIDO Organization particularly about the Vocational training for Syrian refugees in Turkey. •Assisting in some meetings for UNIDO’s ongoing projects such as sustainable city, sustainable transportation, Sustainable Consumption and Production; Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP’s), climate change, (with the related people from MoD, MoEU, UNWomen etc.) •Translating the formal documents and some international projects from Turkish to English such as SUTKOM Project, KOK Project, International Workshops of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Gender Related Projects, GEF Projects etc..•Being responsible for the regular office works such as preparing petty cash forms, entering its data, preparing VAT exemption forms mainly for the Vocational training on apparel manufacture for Syrian refugees in Turkey.
