I graduated from Kocaeli University with a degree in Biology in 2014. During my undergraduate period, I worked as a research student in the Hydrobiology, Microbiology, Plant Tissue Culture, and Molecular Biology & Biotechnology Laboratories. In 2015, I commenced my master's degree in the Biology Department at Kocaeli University. At the beginning of my master's degree, I was awarded with the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) scholarship to study in Germany. I conducted experiments on Protein Crystallography at Hamburg University Deutsches Electronen-Synchrotron (DESY) for 3 months and I completed my TUBITAK project in 2017. I have experience in in vitro culture, plant tissue culture, DNA analysis, PCR, point mutation, cloning, electrophoresis, DNA isolation, enzyme purification using chromatography methods, and protein crystallography. Additionally, I have developed skills in computational biology using Bioedit, CCP4, WinCoot, and Pymol. To gain insights into the business side of the molecular biotechnology field, I transitioned to work at a distributor company.
