As chairman in Scandinavian Business Women Dubai, my role was to secure good relations between the the organization, it's members, local business groups, speakers, stakeholders, sponsors as well as local and foreign officials. Our aim was to build strong relations between the community as well as officials, organizations and companies from around the world with a keen interest in our community. During my role as a chairman our team managed to trible our members, got significant funding, build a strong fundation, acknowledged for it's keen interest in building a strong bond between Scandinavia and UAE, and a go to place to build network across countries. All run by a board of female directors, with an joined interest in working hard to reach our goals ahead, with the purpose of breaking down the barrieres of understanding our different cultures.

Among other events I worked as a project manager on "Mads og Monopolet" in Dubai in 2013, which turned out to be the greatest and biggest event in the history of the organization. A three day event catering not only our members, but also the guests and staff from the Radioshow as well as Danish Officials. Collaborating with the Danish Embassy and Consulate as well as Danish Business Council Dubai, I initiated, invited, lead and finished the project succesfully. The event brought acknowledgement and respect, not only in our local community but also amongst a lot of organizations, companies and prominent people of Denmark. Size of events : 50 - 350 pax
