Current• Cooperate and communicate with the project manager and other project participants, collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability. • Developed comprehensive master programs for construction projects, ensuring detailed scheduling and tracking from initial construction phases through to 224C certification. • Reviewed and approved monthly progress claims, verifying accuracy and alignment with project milestones and contractual requirements. • Provide input into civil design with a focus on practical construction methodologies and undertake detailed civil design tasks. • Compile and review compliance documentation, including EPA amendments, to ensure regulatory standards are met. Experienced in designing and developing projects from initiation through to completion. • Conducted comprehensive audits and inspections to ensure strict adherence to site-specific safety, environmental, and quality management plans, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. • Expertise in drafting and managing contract correspondence to address contractor issues, claims, and time extensions, including variation orders, completion certificates, and other contractual documents. Proficient in reviewing and issuing Notices to Engineer (NTE), Variation Orders (VOs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Notices to Contractors (NTCs). • Create quality control records, such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), to verify adherence to project designs and specifications. • Maintain the project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. • Advise, monitor, and manage site engineers, subcontractors, and all relevant parties to complete the work within budget and specified timeframes. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, great planning and organizational skills, engineering acumen, analytical ability, and professional approach.
