• Set reachable targets for the consultant, e.g daily, weekly and monthly targets• Recruited, hired and trained new inside sales consultant• Analyzed and interpreted team sales data to enhance and forecast sales representative productivity• Identify the coaching and training needs and take necessary steps to accomplish desired results.• Ensure that all consultants reach their targets by providing them with extra training if needed• Do performance management to see the progress of the consultants • Do call evaluations as well as plugins to hear if the consultants are giving right info to the clients • Provide client with all necessary details that they can use to be in contact with the company• Assist client with all the information they need to make their informed decision• Ensure to follow up on every application done to ensure that the client got the service they required• Maintaining and improving relationships with the client• Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
