• Process owner for 3D Assembly, Vacuum Reflow and Degrease / Flux Cleaning for DSC (double-side cooling) product under EVPIM (Power-integrated module) Department. Work closely with manufacturing, equipment, quality and training site in line to ensure the process meets targeted yield.• Improve yield loss of insufficient solder and solder void by 2.63% through DMAIC approach. • Update the FMEA, control plan, process specification, OCAP, reaction plan and total control methodology of 3D Assembly, 3D Vacuum Reflow and Degrease / Flux Cleaning every quarter and ensure the line is following the practice as described. • Attended daily ops meeting, process yield meeting, control plan review and DMAIC project review.

• Launched Safety Cover Project for Tam machines in Line 6 to fulfil the zero access requirements. Envisaged to achieve an 80% decrease in Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR). Completed NesChange to get the approval from department, plant and factory managers.• Part of the project team for hot water system. Reduce the idle time by increasing the water capacity with additional water tanks and separating the hot water tanks for slurry and dryer. • Conduct planned stoppage (PS), unplanned stoppage (UPS) and nominal speed time study to study the machine performance in CPW (Cereal Partners Worldwide) plant. • 1st Runner-up in LSR (Life-Saving Rules) Video Competition 2023 organized by SHE department. • Attended DOR (daily operation review) and DER (daily engineering review) to discuss on the latest issues regarding the process operations. Joined the daily GEMBA walk to check for any abnormal conditions on the machines and working environment.

• Monitor the staff performance to ensure regular operation in the working premises and ensure the stocks are placed according to the planogram to make sure the station will pass the audit.• Ensure all financial reports are well prepared and the taxes are paid on time.

• Fixed faulty printers, laptops and desktops by disassembling them and checking the sources. • Learnt printer error codes and explain the specs for electronic devices to targeted customers.

• Ensure no shortage of money in the closing shift by focusing while dealing with customers. • Earned the recognition of best staff awards for 2 consecutive months.
