Client: Hudson's Bay Company - Retail Industry Operated in Canada and North America. Role is Responsible for execution of day to day operations associated with Payroll Accounting. The position is accountable for preparing and processing Payroll TAX payments, filling returns for unemployment (Federal), states and local cities of United States for each payroll cycle as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly. Preparation of Quarterly Tax payments Analysis reports – analyzing the actual tax payments made during the quarter and QTD Reports.Responsible for Reconciliations (High, Medium and Low Risk).Preparing Journals for Daily, Weekly and Monthly as per the Clients requirements.Processing PSC activities (Special Pay, Absence, and Maintenance & Time Keeping) on weekly basis.
