With almost 20 years of experience as a singer/songwriter, Darla Z has earned international recognition and acclaim for her original songs and performances. For her recent release, Darla Z received over 40 International Awards for “To All the Gabbys in the World”. She has written and starred in three nationally released public television specials, including "Darla Z's Christmas 'Round the World and aired in multiple countries. She has also opened in concert for legends such as Willie Nelson and Wayne Newton, and collaborated with the Gap Band's founder, Ronnie Wilson.Darla Z is not only a talented musician, but also a producer, a marketer, and a social activist. She and her husband have promoted and produced concerts nationwide with many artists across genres and generations. She is renowned for writing beautiful songs that convey messages of hope, love, and empowerment. Her most recent song, "To All the Gabbys in the World", was written to bring awareness to the ongoing epidemic of domestic abuse and to inspire abused women to start a new life. In March 2024, Darla Z released her newest song Please Help Me Forgive, written, performed, and arranged be her. It has already earned numerous international awards.
