Responsibilities :- Lead Operation engineer team to troubleshoot and monitor plant performance as per daily target- Coaching Jr Engineer level to rectify and follow up operational problem and issue- Improving and gap competency closing for Shift member and Jr. Engineer- Direct control and supervise of Department KPI which is handled by Jr Engineer level- Develop integrated operational data supported by Operation engineer team- Review plant performance and condition in weekly basis to be reported to management level

Responsibilities :- Responsible for progress and quality of pre-commissioning and commissioning work of Contractor- Close communication with Licensor regarding guarantee item such as Catalyst Loading, Operational Modification, Plant acceptance and performance test.- Lead process engineer team to develop start up and shutdown procedure as per operating manual- Lead process engineer team to first start up plant and develop all document required such as HIRADC, Aspect Impact, Key Control point process parameter, Controller tuning, etc- Close gap competency of shift team member as part of plant operational- Responsible for other discipline project quality relate with process/operational concern such as DCS FAT, Compressor MRT, Safety system (Interlock, Fire fighting, and etc)
