My Leoistic journey began with an Open Mic by the Leo Club of Harmony, igniting my passion for service and leadership. I then joined the newly chartered Leo Club of Vashi Virtues as Charter Vice President, where I organized events and collaborated with neighboring clubs.In the Leoistic Year 2022-23, I received the Omnipresent Leo Award and placed Second in October Service Month. For the following Leoistic Year 23-24, I was named Best Club Vice President in Leo District 3231 A4, won the Best Twinning Fellowship for “Rang De Shabd”, and was recognized for hosting the Most Innovative Admin Meeting and my role as GST Coordinator for Leo Multiple 3231.

• I gained first-hand experience in logistics and supply chain management of 20 and 40 foot containers, I was able to be a part of Pricing, Inventory, Trading, Customer Service and Documentation departments utilizing their complete cycle of imports & exports.• Pricing: Acquired best possible rates from various shipping lines such as MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag Lloyd, Maersk for our shippers.• Inventory: Availability and condition of containers directly affects the trading, supply and demand of the goods being exported.• Trading: Effect of trading and on the global trading, pricing, goods and leading factors on manufacturing of a goods/materials.• Customer Service: Maintaining communication between CHA, shipper, and shipping line for the transport/status of containers.• Documentation: Learned the types and purposes of documents that are required for importing and exporting of general goods.

• Conducted the majority of industrial surveys, encompassing incidents such as Machinery Breakdowns, Fire, Burglary, Theft, Marine, Flood, and Pre-Dispatch Inspection of shipping containers.• Generated comprehensive Joint Inspection Reports, providing a detailed account of the sequence of mishaps, equipment details and operations, department insights, and a meticulous examination of the same.• Compiled Initial Survey Reports, involving in-depth document analysis and loss assessments.• Finalized claim amounts in accordance with policy terms, considering exclusions/inclusions, salvage offers, and policy excess. This process culminated in the submission of Final Survey Reports to insurers (banks).

• Worked in both Operations and Marketing teams. Marketing campaign was conducted using flyers, customer reviews, posters, word of mouth, and offering internships. Operations included the movement of the customer’s products and our providing our services. Also included identifying potential market areas, and generating lead with the service centers into collaborating with us.

• My apprenticeship at Mahindra & Mahindra's Truck and Bus Repairing Division, encompassed the maintenance and repairing of trucks and buses.• First as an observer and later as a practitioner under their guidance I learned how to assemble and disassemble all the key parts of a truck or a bus. • From diagnosing and repairing a diesel engine to a gearbox; from wheel alignment to hub greasing; modification of a carrier truck into a water tanker, I got hands-on experience in all this.• This helped me to a great extent as I could directly relate what I was learning through the textbooks to what happens inside the machine.
