- Headed a brand team from India closely working with a few US/ EU colleagues and clients on multiple Market Research and Strategies projects for a soon to be in-market product which aims to address ~15 million asthma patients in the US- Led demand estimation and consumer tracking studies, helping a key client reach 35% of their target customers within the first year of product launch

- Created high quality reports capturing valuable insights around awareness and usage of client and their competitors’ products, that helped them build future marketing strategies and promotion tactics- Moderated qualitative interviews of Oncologist in the European markets, and captured some great insights into their behaviours that informed a lot for survey of a later conducted quantitative study- Assisted a brand team in pre-launch preparations of their product which is projected to add per year revenue of billions of dollars by year 2027- Ensured smooth facilitation of projects at hand and client communications, along with onboarding and training of new associates in the team -> Also, led a number of projects single-handedly

- Created surveys and conducted interviews for primary market research studies across European and North American markets, for pipeline and in-market products for a multibillion dollar pharma client -> Created tools out of MS excel and some internal ZS software to ensure quality and sense check on data coming out of research conducted by MR vendors, which made sure top notch quality data goes into analysis -> Worked on setting up fully automated slides, that ensured zero human error in client deliverables
