• Assisting in employee life cycle – joining, conversions, payroll, leave, attendance and exit management.• Management of employee database – exit report, joiner report.• Management of the HRMS system (Darwin Box) with updated employee details for easy retrieval and making changes on the system as per requests.• Generating tenured letters – appointment, appraisal, experience, other employment letters.• Managing payroll inputs.• Sharing of employee data with the internal teams as per the defined timeline.• Updating policies in the employee policy handbook.• Managing employee helpdesk as per the defined SLA.• Periodic report preparations – Attrition Analysis Report, New Joiner Analysis Report.• Managing the salary appraisal cycle.• Conducting interviews for promotions and IJPs.• Launching new modules on the current HRMS system – Contract Management, Performance Management System.
