Responsibilities: • Recruit IT professionals in various technologies.• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Head Hunting, References, Job Portals (like TechFetch, Dice).• Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level of performance expectation from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.)• Bill Rate Negotiation • Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks. • Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients • Finding and hiring candidates on the company’s payroll, W2 on an hourly or on an yearly basis. • Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client. • Leading and mentoring junior recruiters, allocating work, guiding and motivating them. • Building up good Database of candidates and clients. • Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.
