I have been with the IT Industry for almost 3 years working in many different roles including; Deployment tech, Configuration tech, and Desktop analyst. I have had a vast experience always learning something new within the IT industry giving me knowledge in an abundance of areas. I feel comfortable doing such work as; Helpdesk, Tier 2 support, Project leading, administration, Deploying, Configuring, and even Warehousing. I have worked on different projects with MacEwan University, the Alberta Energy Regulator, the Edmonton Public Library, the City of Edmonton, Fujitsu, and the Government of Alberta.I love to continuously learn and add value to myself in the workplace, I am very passionate about the work I put in as well as my attention to client/customer satisfaction.
