Many Indian SMEs have old, haphazard, or nonexistent technology infrastructure, software systems, and business processes. In some cases, it’s like traveling back in time.I founded InfinityLoop in 2019 to address these problems. I handle all aspects of the business, including creating and executing a sales strategy, developing relationships with prospects and clients, Once clients enroll, I interview executives and employees to diagnose each situation, recommend business and technology solutions, and oversee their implementation and management. I’ve worked with a numerous clients since 2019, ranging from one-week projects, to multi-month consulting engagements, to ongoing technology management.

Manglam manufactures and distributes garment fabric and apparel such as shirts, trousers, suits, and uniforms. The company typically sells to end customers, middlemen and distributors throughout India, who in turn sell the products for white-label use to various stores and brands (i.e., final products carry the store’s brand, not that of Manglam).As an Internal Consultant, I built and managed new inventory, pricing, and sales metrics, which created a competitive analytics advantage for us in an otherwise old-fashioned industry, helping to increase notoriously thin profit margins from 2.0% to 2.5%.I managed $48M in end-to-end sales processes for high-touch clients directly alongside the Head of Business Development, including initial outreach, price negotiations, deal closure, and product delivery. I also supervised 15 independent sales agents with whom we contracted across seven Indian states.
