• Provided technical & design-based support related to Sand control, Well stimulation, Flow Assurance & Scaling, Artificial Lift, Completion design, Corrosion, Well Integrity, etc. • Conducted Flow assurance studies, including specialized laboratory core-flood tests, to address increased sanding risk & Scaling risk during Polymer & ASP flooding in MBA field.• Developed standardized stimulation recipe for MBA field through inhouse review of >1000 stimulation job performance.• Conducted Artificial Lift selection for MBA field for Polymer & ASP flooding stage. • Evaluated remedial/retro-fit sand control options to mitigate increased sanding risk in producers during Polymer & ASP flooding.• Contributed in introduction of new technology of Permanent Magnetic Motor (PMM) driven ESP to solve scale & polymer deposition issue that caused motor overheating/underperformance.• Designed completion for Raageshwari Deep Gas (RDG) field with primary focus on risk vs reward of installing TRSSSV.• Revisited metallurgy of well completion for MBA, in view of changing downhole conditions and water chemistry. • Introduced new technology of V-pump aimed at solving issues of plugging being faced by conventional centrifugal ESP’s. • Introduced alternative well stimulation technology of WASP (Wireline Applied Stimulation Pulsing) aimed at solving issues of stimulation ineffectiveness of conventional chemical treatments. • Conducted downhole corrosion study for MBA in partnership with Oilplus, UK for investigating root cause of failure & identifying remedial & preventative actions. • Conducted investigation study of production casing failures in partnership with Blade Energy for identifying root cause of failures.

• Led 'Completion & Workover' vertical of Petroleum Engineering team handling offshore brown fields - Ravva (east coast) & Cambay (west coast); and offshore exploration block in Krishna Godavari basin (east coast). • End-to-end delivered well completions projects involving frac pack/gravel pack, standalone screens, cased & perforated completions in two offshore drilling campaigns, from planning till on-site supervision. The campaign included challenging workovers and multi-zone selective completions.• End-to-end delivered rig-less well abandonment campaign, first of its kind at Cairn, conducted in an offshore environment for preparing side-track candidate wells prior to drilling campaign, from planning till on-site supervision.• Developed in-house well operations benchmarking model, first of its kind in the organization, containing percentile analysis of operational time-lines against best-of-best & best-in-class, for measuring completion/work-over operations efficiency, invisible lost time & non-productive time. • Delivered projects with strong focus on cost vs production. • Planned work program & budget, tendering & planning for upcoming projects.
