- Dealing with agents/ clients especially from (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Germany, Poland, Netherland, Italy, Sweden). - Understanding the client requirement while choosing a destination to offer according to the client country, age, profession & particular requirement.- Designing Itineraries with on ground research on the special activities/ themes that we can offer to make a competitive Incentive proposal.- Participates in Sight inspections, Recce tours to ensure smooth operation and quality of services.

Handling queries from FAR EAST market especially (Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China & Vietnam) and converting into business.Pricing, making Itineraries, presentations as desired. Profit generation and client servicing. Preparing customized tours as desired by the agent/ customer.Interacting with the client to understand the need the customer and to ensure better customer satisfaction.Reservations/ bookings, documentations, Invoicing and operations.Working in the team and to ensure the team targets are achieved on time.Handling the FIT’s & majorly Group tours.Traveling with the groups during Group tours.

Working in a team to implement strategy & delivering on objectives.Carrying out effective research & intelligence into competitor products, their prices & other trends.Handling the company’s participation in International Tourism fairs & Exhibitions to promote brand and product.Organizing Familiarization trips for new foreign agents for product promotion.Negotiations with the hoteliers and ground handling agents to ensure better profit margins.Arranging promotional material for marketing management team including CD’s, brochures, itineraries and gift items.Creating marketing report and sending personalized thanks letters to the agents with whom marketing team meets.Maintaining country- wise data bank of the agents.Making arrangements for the annual marketing meet.
