1) Design Of Jigs, fixture and SPM.2) Responsible for New Development Tools and fixtures.3) Responsible for initial concept to rapid prototype Production with fixtures and trimming tools.4) Responsible for 5S and kaizen activities in Tool Room.5) Planning for manufacturing various parts involved for development in tool room & there distribution.6) Tool room manpower handling.7) Attending DFMEA and APQP meetings.8) Improvement projects like SMED, First Time Right ,5S, PREVENTIVE MAINTANCE etc.

1. Operate assigned equipment according to the Production Package2. Place finished parts into designated containers with appropriate label, as instructed3. Ensure required paperwork and computer entries are complete and accurate4. Immediately inform leader of management of machine malfunction, production quality and safety issues.5. Perform repetitive bending, reaching and lifting actions involving material weighing in excess of 10 pounds and up to 100 pounds.6. Regularly inspect in-process and finished parts to ensure quality goals are met and parts produced represent Zero Defect criteria.7. Monitor production supplies and material.

1. Read and interpret interpret blueprints to determine machining operations to be performed2. Set up and operate machine tools to perform repetitive machining operations, such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding and other machining operations3. Fit and assemble machine metal parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools. 4. Adjust and set up machine tools for use by machining tool operators.5. Verify dimensions of product for accuracy and conformance to specification using precision measuring instruments.6. Verify dimensions of parts machined using micrometers, callipers and other precision measuring instruments7. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery8. Report deviations from specification and tolerance to senior engineer.9. Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports

1. To operate conventional turning, milling & grinding under the supervisor.2. To operate high profiles machines like grinder, bore grinder, gear shaper and gear shaver under the supervisor.3. Used to do filling, extensive, benchwork, polishing, matching, oil greasing etc.4. To operate speed lathe, bench lathe, Automatic Lathe under the supervisor.5. To fit, assembles & subassemblies parts as per the guidance of the supervisor.
