As a dedicated recruiter, my role encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. My primary objective is to meticulously assess candidates' suitability for specific roles through a thorough examination of their skills and experiences. I also manage end-to-end interactions with clients, from initial discussions to the submission of candidates, and diligently follow up to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise during the hiring process.

PRIMUS brings together the right people and technologies to deliver the results our clients are seeking across a broad range of business initiatives.Key Responsibility Areas:- Searched qualified Consultants from ATS/Monster.com/ Dice .com.- Using CEIPAL, Monster, Dice, internal database as well as references and third parties for getting the right candidates for the requirements.- Sourced, screened, filtered resumes, checked references, interviewed and placed technical candidates with various clients (end-clients as well as other third party consulting companies)- Arranged telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate's technical abilities, professionalism and communication skills, which ensured the presentation of well-rounded qualified candidates- Negotiated salaries, extended offers, explained benefits and oversaw all pre-employment paperwork.- Worked closely with and negotiated contracts with Vendors, Search and staffing agencies.- Responsible for signing the contracts with Consultant and with Vendors.- Managing complete recruitment process from requisition initiation to final acceptance of offer.

• Identify and qualify high-quality candidates in America who are precise fits for job orders sent by our US-based clients• Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability• Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate salaries or rates, and schedule interviews• Work with candidates throughout the recruiting process from candidate submission, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offers, and onboarding• Interact with US-based clients to develop recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships• Build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and generate referrals• Maintain daily and weekly client reports• Work closely with and assist senior team members

• Thorough knowledge of recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for different employment types including W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 for U.S. Citizens, GC, H1-B, TN-1, and EAD holders.• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Bullhorn and CATS.• Active Search: Resume search of active candidates from job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva and Hot Jobs.• Add short-listed candidates into client databases such as CATS, Bullhorn etc.• Search and short-list candidates from job boards, search engines using different search techniques such as Boolean strings.• Work closely and assist senior team members.• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to prepare concise and error free weekly reports.

Experience in offering advice on every aspect of human resources from sourcing, recruiting, evaluating, hiring, negotiating, training and achieving Targets with a knack for cold calling. Ability to Single-handedly manage the entire salary structure of a company which has a work Force of ~ 500 also developed policies of Employee engagement & Peer recognition.
