• Handling internal recruitment process for the company.• Ensuring the assessment is done based on the timelines set.• Maintenance of personnel records / files / HRMIS database. • Directly coordinating with the senior officials for the current requirements in the organization. • Completing the entire mandatory task before issuing the offer letter and also generating the offer letter. • Conducting initial HR Interviews.• Doing Pre-joining formalities with the candidate.• Competency Mapping for all levels in all Departments in communication with functional heads of business.• Have been an active participant in coordinating campus drives for John Deere.• Coordinating walk-in-interviews.• An active participant in the internal Referral programme.
