• Dissertation research on network modeling, architecture, and protocol designs for multi-gigabit indoor and outdoor 60 GHz (millimeter wave) wireless networks among the first works in this domain.
• Proposed new resource allocation strategies that achieve efficient network utilization as well as a superior tradeoff between network flow throughputs and fairness.
• Designed and evaluated a distributed medium access control protocol for multihop mesh networks for efficiently supporting predictable real-time applications based on ideas of learning and memory.Research.
