Current• Responsible to manage a Recruitment Team, Account Management & Client Interaction• Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing reports.• Experienced in recruiting consultants through preferred vendors (agencies) and implementation partners like UST, LTIMindtree AND Wipro.• Managed the full life cycle recruiting process for contract job opportunities (including advertising vacancies, CV sourcing, candidate phone screenings and interviews, CV submissions, client interview and reference checking).• Answering client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing Clients.• Involved in client interaction with hiring manager to generate technical and behavioral inputs for the requirements.
