I am working at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as cloud engineer. My day to day activity is to handle the enhancements and administrate the Salesforce CRM Cloud (Sales, Marketing and Service). I have good experience to administrate Salesforce, handling the urgent requirements of the clients and fulfilling the demand of the time with greater decision capability. I have gained high level confidence by doing hand-on practices.
