Product Owner | Application Architect
Current- Responsible for implementing freezone's custom CRM solution to Oracle Cloud (CX), data migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) to Cloud (SaaS & PaaS), conduct UAT & training sessions, deliver post-implementation support & enhancements to business community.- Liaising with business stakeholders, vendor teams, business users, and other government entities to track project sprints, deliver working product to customer- Managing project/vendor teams in developing upstream/downstream integrations using Oracle ORDS and Oracle Integration Cloud, Migrating Data from Oracle EBS to Oracle CX Cloud using File Based Imports & REST APIs- Working with Cloud DBA/Infrastructure team to deploy sandboxes, ICS Orchestrations and BIP Reports, Create/assign security roles, Monitor Scheduler Performance, detect failures and develop auto-repair tools (AR Invoice Scheduler, Customer Notifications, DocuSign, Third Party Integrations)- Demonstrating ready-to-ship product to end-users, track feedback & defect log, report progress to key-stakeholders (Product burndown, Backlog, Customer/User Satisfaction, Cloud Application Performance Metrics)
