Create detailed design artifacts, work on development and perform code reviews, implement validation and support activities in line with requirements and participate in knowledge management activities with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offering to clients in technology domain within the guidelines, policies and norms of organization.

(1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity(2.) TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review. (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions

-Works on troubleshooting cases (tracking scripts, domain issues, 3rd party app problems)-Handles level 1 type cases (domain renewals, site tear-downs, copying/pasting scalable RP rules)-Handles basic reporting and admin duties-Performs QA on all Web Dev built sites
