In my current role, I am dedicated to the successful planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects for police housing and infrastructure. My key responsibilities include:- Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, coordinate with various Ministries, and architects for administrative approval, manage risks, and ensure quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.- Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates, assist in budget preparation, allocate resources, and evaluate bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial feasibility.- Tendering: Create comprehensive tender documents, identify and prequalify vendors, analyze bids for technical compliance, and assist in contract negotiations.- Supervision: Oversee on-site electrical installations, monitor progress, conduct quality assurance inspections, and prepare detailed progress reports.By integrating project management, estimation, tendering, and supervision, I ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. My work involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs, architects, and contractors, contributing to the efficient and effective development of police housing and infrastructure.
