I am leading talent acquisition for MPL's Tech vertical - building talent capabilities across engineering verticals like Backend Engineering, Web Development, Mobile Development, Game Development, Data Engineering, Reliability & Continuity Engineering and Performance & Release Engineering. Managing three technical recruiters as direct reportees.

Led the Talent Acquisition & HR role for AppsForBharat. -Set up hiring processes and practices at its inception. -Managed end-to-end recruitment for Tech & Business roles. -Set-up ATS for Hiring. -Set initial HR processes like Payroll and HRMS tool-Designed and executed Townhall(All Hands) and Monthly/Quarterly Reward & Recognition initiatives targeted to retain talent pool. -Worked on setting up Health insurance for company employees. AppsForBharat is on a mission to assist a billion Indians in their spiritual and devotional journeys- and guide them on the path towards feeling happy, peaceful, and content.

Led the Talent Acquisition for Tech and Non-Tech verticals and ensured quick conversions. Have displayed execution focus and have closed complex roles for the business. Managed 1 direct reportee and 2 indirect reportees. Weekly business reports shared with Hiring Managers and CXO team. Maintained an effective hiring TAT and source mix ratio. SmartCoin is working towards building the NextGen FinTech company with a mission to provide financial access to the millions of under-banked people. Traditional underwriting methods are largely reliant on credit histories and unable to serve people with limited credit data. The mobile app based lending platform is capable of assessing the risk profile of a prospective borrower using alternative credit assessment aided by data science and machine learning.

Sequel Logistics is an established mid-size organization which provides logistics support for vulnerable goods. I have interned here in Training and Development program.My responsibility was to restructure the training model of the organization. The training model was designed for 600 employees and the new recruits. I have also helped in drafting and editing the policies of the company.Some of the other things that I had worked during internship are--Recruitment-Employee Background verification-Attended field trip to witness the core work of the organization.
