OLA Foods:•Awarded OLA Conqueror Award by CEO for streamlining entire Vendor Payment Program along with Automation of electricity payment which results in zero power cuts due to late payment.•Vendor Management- Managing all our property owners along with Equipment, MEP, license vendors for timely payment.•Responsible for PAN India equipment, MEP work, license payments (Budget More than 50 Crores)•Agreement renewal of existing properties with rent negotiation.•Part of Real Estate Expansion team and responsible for agreement closures for new Kitchens and Stores, Vendors Onboarding, Security deposit payments.•Owner of monthly recurring payments for our kitchens and stores (Rent, maintenance, water, electricity, DG, RO) Monthly budget over 5 Cr.•Saved ~4 Cr in rentals in 1.6 years during Covid, I have done negotiation with landlords for 100% discount/reduction during pandemic.•ORS- Managing OLA Restaurant Services where we lease out our space to different restaurants (Chai Point, Freshmenu, Frozen Bottle, Wang's etc). Responsible for finalizing the restaurant, Agreement closure with Legal Team, Smooth launch in respective cities with coordination with city Ops team, timely payments etc.•Set up walk-in experience team, also deployed logistics SPOCs in own brands kitchens for our own fleet

Foodpanda:•PAN India grooming compliance - Follow-up with the city team to ensure that the grooming numbers are being met, mystery field visits, etc•PAN India assets management - Responsible for asset procurement and distribution of 1 Lac plus delivery fleet, follow-up with the 3rd party vendors for distribution and with the cities for stock availability.•Vendor payment - Coordination with Finance team and vendors for ensuring timely payment of the vendors•Data Management - Ensuring that correct data is being captured and publish report for visibility on the all projects progress•Rider Care- Set up Rider Care team with 10 executives for problem solving of our delivery fleet. End to end execution from hiring the executives, deciding their KRAs, SOPs. The team expanded from 10 executives to 200 plus executives across India within 6 months.•Managed operations for projects like the Foodpanda-IRCTC tie-up and Foodpanda Express Meals •PAN India delivery fleet training- I have ensured that Foodpanda delivery boys go through a thorough training session and are at their best behavior during the duty hours.•Field audit and vendor NPS

Foodpanda:•PAN India COD: Created end-to-end process for Cash on Delivery (collection, pickup and deposits, reconciliation etc.) •Brought in 0% leakage in COD Reconciliation which continued for 2 years till May 2018. •Driven expansion from 5% COD coverage to 98% COD coverage. •Designed process to increase order share from 4000 COD orders (10 L) per month to 1,20,000 COD orders (3.5 Cr) per month. •PAN India 3PL Operations: built team and managed 3PL partner performance and cost metrics, i.e. contract negotiations, SLAs & customer complaints, reconciliations, internal operations. •Follow up on pending requests for taking new vendors on 3PL. Responsible for expansion into areas where Foodpanda delivery was not present. Worked on cost with 3PL vendors and was responsible for their invoice and payment settlement.•Entire integration and backend delivery provider/ID creation/Rider creation/ Readiness for new partner going live.•Follow up on issues with 3PL partners/ vendor queries.•Validating monthly order count and sharing monthly 3PL reports.Working as SPOC for dispatchers to open/close vendors on real time basis as and when issues are occurring.•Increased share of 3PL from 5% to 10%.
