The first person to touchdown at identified potential properties, tasked with devising plans for converting a prosepct into an OYO Life property, and engaging all relevant resources and people to achieve Go-live dates in the most optimal manner.As a TR lead, I am responsible for successful property launches; bringing stringent timelines, cost effective measures, thorough documentation, stakeholder interaction across functions and verticals within and outside the organization to culminate into a seamless project-managed launch.Duties and Responsibilities:● Conduct audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit feasibility report● Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition● Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for launching properties as per estimate Go-live dates in the most cost-effective manner● Ensure all property launches are achieved in a time bound and cost effective manner● Place orders as per planned inventory with the VM team and coordinate for timely deliveries● Regularly monitoring and prioritizing PMC activities to meet stringent go-live timelines● Collaborating extensively with all internal and external stakeholders (VM, Finance, IT, HR, PMC,etc.) for uninterrupted execution of property transformation and launch● Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and execute process improvement initiatives
