I also recommended and adopted emerging technologies, such as cloud-based solutions, and minimized the physical footprint. Additionally, I implemented ITIL processes and ensured compliance across the Group. Previously, I was the Vice President of Delivery at emids Technologies, where I was accountable for delivery across all Enterprise accounts and established Cloud, ServiceNow, and BA Centers of Excellence. I am also certified in the Korn Ferry Hays Model for role evaluation and have received recognition as one of the 100 Global Women in Leadership by GCPIT.
