My primary client was Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore for whom I was designated as an Application Developer Manager providing both technical and creative inputs.The role consists of the following technical aspects:► Preparing Function and Technical specifications for new enhancements and change requests ► Managing Application development, SIT and UAT support for life insurance business.► Performing Root-cause analysis and finding fixes for production issue in life insurance business.► Working on SMART 400 and LIFE/ASIA consistently to achieve the desired results.Leadership requirements in this role included:★ Maintaining good communication and coordination with internal team to ensure we take down users’ requirements precisely and implement the systems appropriately.★ Providing updates and proper reports to my Project Manager and Team Leaders from time to time thereby establishing continuity and consistency in timely delivery of projects.★ Up keeping a positive reputation of my hiring company at the client place at all times.
