Started my own Consultancy and undertook the following projects:Active International - Handled the entire HR function of Active International which is a US based Corporate Trading Company that had ventured into India.Indebo India - This is a boutique Inbound Tours company. I worked on a change management project to re-orient the company.Matrix Cellular - Matrix is a telecommunication solutions company. I worked on creating a formal organization structure so as to enable the company to scale up its operations.Etasha - ETASHA is an NGO working towards making a difference in the life of migrant workers and slum dwellers. I helped design and execute programme that created better employment opportunities for slum children than the jobs their parents had.Sixt - A Car Rental Company with a tie up between German company Sixt AG and the Sona Group. Undertook L&D Interventions to create a spirit of service for the Chauffeurs.Flemingo International - Did an HR structuring project for Flemingo a company that has duty free shop at various airports in India.Faculty for PG Diploma Course in Management by University of Madras - I taught a paper on Management Theory at the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, The Nilgiris for the academic year 2008 - 2009.Industry Interface for Diploma in Tourism by Department of Geography, Miranda House, University of Delhi.
