Ernst & Young acquired Sonoma Partners, and I joined the Digital, Data & Analytics practice of their Advisory Services division. During my short tenure at EY, I managed multiple IT staffing teams, developed more than $25M of sales pipeline and closed over $1M of net new IT staffing services.

Sonoma Partners provided technology staffing services for enterprise and mid-size customers throughout the United States. As a Senior Account Executive, I directed multiple project teams on staffing projects, and I led the sales and business development process for new prospects and existing clients. - Sold $14.5M of IT staffing projects over 5 years; averaged 182% of annual quota- Sold $5.5M of IT staffing projects in 2017, ranked #1 account executive out of 13 team members- Sonoma Partners management team asked me to move to Los Angeles in June 2016 to start and lead their West coast expansion. Sold more than $600k of projects to net new West Coast clients during the first 12 months, beating management’s goal by 20%.- Responsible for the entire client relationship from “cradle to grave”, led project teams, identified up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in addition to managing overall client satisfaction and executive relationships.- Acted as onboarding advisor and provided training for newly hired account executives
