Continuous Improvement Specialist
CurrentNon-Conformance Management: Oversee and resolve NCRs flagged through the NC Database, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and in line with shipping schedules. Coordinate with relevant departments and escalate critical issues to upper management when needed.Real-Time Monitoring & Data Analytics: Implement systems to track KPIs, detect production anomalies, and optimize processes. Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to support data-driven decisions and enhance production performance.Database & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in the NC Database, providing detailed root cause analyses. Develop and analyze statistical reports to reduce nonconformance and support strategic decision-making.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and regularly refining manufacturing systems to improve efficiency and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Assurance to ensure process alignment and effective issue resolution. Establish cross-functional teams for seamless operational integration.Safety & Risk Management: Participate in safety programs, conduct audits to identify hazards, and collaborate with the Health & Safety team to mitigate risks through engineering controls and personal protective equipment.Shop Floor & Innovation Support: Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions on the shop floor, and support the transfer of time re-validation requests and process improvements to the relevant teams.CI Initiatives Monitoring: Use Jira and Power-BI to track the effectiveness of Continuous Improvement initiatives, iterating on action plans based on feedback from stakeholders and ensuring ongoing improvement.
