Trici is a desktop application which helps developer be more productive by helping them recover faster from interruptions. Its a cross platform desktop application built on using Electron.js with builds available for Mac, Linux and Windows. I worked on this solo with breaks in between to do consulting work.

Bak Bak Technlogies runs two mobile apps: Mymandir, a social network for India's Dharmic community and Eka, a meditation app.- DevOps for ensuring infra keeps running. - Performance optimisation across the board improving API response times, dashboard load time etc. - Cost Optimisation - Audited existing AWS usage and implemented changes in architecture and implementation to reduce AWS operating costs by 50% in the first iteration. Did multiple iterations of this exercise as per the needs of the org. - Perform the role of Acting Head of Engineering and mentor/guide team of developers. - Implementation of new LoBs like MyMandir Astrochat, Kundali etc. including integration with multiple payment providers and launch on PhonePe marketplace. - Implementation of Data Warehouse on AWS using AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, S3 etc.

Understand the requirements of the new charge mobile app and design the software architecture. Mainly produce two artefacts: Database schema design document and Rest API documentation.

The change in title was just a recognition that my work was much more than that of a developer. Not actively pursuing this role, since I joined Babajob. Started up in 2009 and bootstrapped to launch CAT Ninja, a gamified web app for people preparing for CAT and other MBA entrance tests. Tremendous learning experience.
