- Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working closely with Chairman and the executive management team to establish long term goals, strategies, plans and policies- Inspire and deliver a digital transformation and modernize CHN social enterprise model- Continue to build on the reputation of the company as an innovative force for change in the tourism sector- Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy- Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company- Spearhead projects and actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success- Establishing goals for each department in partnership with the division manager- Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations- Prepare marketing plan, business plan and financial models with assistance from other departments

- Managing web-based projects that includes web usability, information architecture, site design, editing, project management and web page production.- Providing direction to designers, writers, content providers and technical professionals, both on staff and freelancers, in web development and design.- Ensuring brand integrity across all web properties.- Integrating marketing that includes a variety of media (e,g., print, web, e-mail, social networking, multimedia and emerging technologies).- Using content management systems, Wordpress, HTML, CSS, social media tools and image editing software.- Managing photography and multimedia projects (slideshows, video).- Keep up to date with current web trends and developments and ensure we remain timely and current in our use of digital media.- Guide the work of the online communications team to ensure they work effectively and professionally in their respective roles and have the right tools to carry out their duties.- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)- Manage other web initiatives when they arise.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns- Responsible for executing all aspects of email marketing and website content management- Manage OTA's.

- Maintain an overview of all online communication- Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, blogs, and social media)- Analyze SEO and marketing metrics- Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic- Train internal teams to use digital technologies- Develop and manage the production plan for each issue of the magazine - Oversee the layout of the magazine and cover with a designer. - Coordinate with clients for advertisements.- Manage ad design for clients requiring production.- Liaise with a designer around advertising/client requirements.- Liaise with contributors, writers, editor, photographers, designers and manage deadlines.- Source photos where required- Organize photoshoots/video shoots where required

- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.- Serve prepared foods.- Generate revenue by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.- Maintain inventories - Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations.

- Manage the registration process.- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.- Manage accurate accounting of all rooms.- Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person.- Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services.- Refer guests to appropriate departments to resolve complaints or provide suggestions.- Compute bills and take payments.- Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported.- Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift.
