Responsibilities include:• Maintain and develop the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program, working within the frame work provided by WorkSafeBC.• Working with the Council's Technical Advisory Committee to develop and maintain COR certification requirements, training programs, audit tools and the quality assurance process.• Recruit and facilitate the training external auditors and oversee their performance.• Conduct quality assurance evaluations on audits and auditors.• Develop and facilitate training programs (in class and online) for employers and auditors.
