As the Senior Director of Marketing for Advito and Hotel Solutions, I develop the strategy and lead the execution of marketing activities to support the achievement of our sales targets, drive alignment in both messaging and service offerings between Advito and BCD Travel, and improve our position as a thought leader in the corporate travel consulting space. I am a full-stack marketer, developing and executing agile marketing plans across several objectives, from sales enablement and content marketing to public relations, branding, and more.

As the Senior Manager of Marketing for Advito, I was responsible for digital and content marketing initiatives, including managing the website, social media channels, Pardot Engagement Studio campaigns, webinars, white papers, blogs, etc... During my time as the Marketing team lead for R3, I was responsible for the overall strategy and execution of marketing activities across all online and offline channels. I led a team including two marketing coordinators and a graphic designer and oversaw the creation and dissemination of PR and marketing content – including white papers, infographics, press releases, reports, etc. – as well as led social media, events, and sales enablement efforts. I regularly connected with global senior marketing executives and their agencies to develop case studies, thought leadership, and organize our quarterly CMO Roundtables. I was integral to the company’s new business expansion in North America and regularly supported our Consulting and BD teams on client-facing projects.

As AVX’s Asia Communication Specialist, I acted as the marketing liaison between the US headquarters and the Shanghai-based marketing and sales team to align the local and global marketing strategy and execute Asia-specific marketing initiatives. I was responsible for the translation of all technical product marketing material, press releases, and other marketing collateral from English to Mandarin Chinese. My responsibilities also included managing our participation in key industry trade shows (coordinating product samples, marketing collateral, booth design, vendors, sponsorships, etc.), media relations, social media, and internal communications email marketing strategy.
