    I was selected for a newly established role as one of the first-ever Senior Technical Account Managers in APAC (Australia, Singapore and China supporting these Australasia including South-East Asia). Selected on the basis of my detailed technical and operational knowledge of the US and UK regions, I played a key role in the development and implementation of APAC systems and processes for technical account management. I am regional technical subject matter expert, supporting regional senior management, training and mentoring new hires and chairing fortnightly meetings with senior and junior technical account managers. Concurrently, I also manage a portfolio of strategically important, complex and high-value merchants including commercial banks that act as our resellers. I have played a key role in onboarding and integration management of 40+ new merchants, and training and mentoring 10+ new APAC staff. A highlight of my role was in acting as lead CyberSource project officer for the Woolworths Australia project (one of Australia’s largest national online reailers). For this project I worked with the client’s project team and developers to set up APIs, fraud and risk analysis and backup payment gateway. I was awarded a 2014 Ovation Award for the role I played in the development of the APAC team.
