Alok is a Learning solution designer, Facilitator, an Executive Coach, Psychologist and a professional who brings business requirements and participants’ development needs to a common point in his work. He was popular as a Mentor, Coach and L&OD specialist in the organisations he worked with in the past. He worked as a Psychologist & behavioural facilitator for almost 8 years with educational institutions, social organisations, Public sector organisations and multinational corporations. Then moved to corporate life where he had an illustrious career for two decades in Learning and organisation development. Also worked in the national and global roles; very closely with C-Suite leaders for diagnostics, design & delivery of their development plans. In last 15 years of career, he has led multiple large scale projects, research & OD interventions. He has designed some flagships Learning interventions for senior leaders in ABG, and large scale culture change interventions which covered thousands of learner’s across the globe.
