At the helm of the 24B USD JSW Group's Digital and IT transformation strategy and its execution, comprising complex businesses of Steel, Cement, Energy, Ports Infrastructure, Paints and Sports. Outcome focused transformation leader responsible for evaluating and deploying solutions at scale for end to end digitization of processes in a bimodal Setup. Working with a complex maze of technologies across various verticals and giving the end users a simplified and consistent experience without exposing the underlying complexities.Complex Digital Transformation large scale Multi-Million Dollar Projects like Supply Chain Transformation, Logistics Transformation, Finance Transformation across all verticals, Global Large Capex Project management, Automation journeys, Manufacturing Efficiency projects, Procurement Efficiency enhancement, HR transformation, Cyber Security Posture transformation over sustained periods, maanaging the Risk and Audit Supervisory Board Committees have been a few highlights of the work done.Multiple large scale acquisitions totalling more than 50,000 Crores in Steel, Cement, Energy and Ports along with their integration to the core fabric of JSW group has been the key demonstrated strength of team . Examples in Steel are BPSL, ACCIL, Welspun, National Steel, Monnet Ispat , Mingo Junction Ohio, Italy Piambino Operations of Lucchini SPA, Vallabh Tin Plate Ltd, Vallabh Industries Ltd etc). All of them have been integrated to a single system landscape across the group. Large scale Energy Generation acquisitions with Wind and Solar worth 10,500 cr giving additional 1.7 GW of renewable capacity have been integrated with the core. Clarity of purpose , supported by strong management support and clear directions have enabled JSW to efficienctly grow and manage the business complexities. Worked on ESG transformation and Digital deployment of significant tools for comprehensive measurement for the entire ESG program.

Joined the group when the revenues were 2000 Cr. Took charge of IT and Digital for the Group and crafted a roadmap for group. Held the team and solution through the difficult phase of adoption of SAP as a core solution. Improved capabilities, created many innovative solutions, and solved business problems. Was responsible for Managing Strategy, Budgets and teams. Was the part of Due diligence and integration teams for Dunlop Tyres Integration at South Africa. Was also responsible for Strategy and Integration of Vredestein Tyres in Netherlands. Was promoted to the core leadership role in Due dilingence and integration and led the process for Integration Objectives and its realization for Cooper Tyres in Ohio, United States. Have also been responsible for multiple automations in multiple manufacturing tyre plants, Handled the Artemis Hospitals IT systems deployment and operations . Managed IT Operations in South Africa, Europe and Indian operations. Many enterprise scale projects were deployed in diverse geographies including 13 countries in Europe, South Africa, Middle East and South East Asian Countries .Working in cross cultural diverse environments, Global deployments, Project and Technology Management and working with the Board have been my strengths.

The company was in the IT Telecom, Infrastructure and Software Solutions and Services for various Indian Corporates. Worked on various solutions for Media houses with Nortel and Cisco. Solutions around ERP deployments @ mid sized organizations . Ecommerce was in its startup phase and lot of solutions were created for delivery. Innovative tools were deployed for content management for tools like Powerpoint etc

As General Manager , was responsible for delivery of Internet related services and solutions. We were in the unique space and were crafting solutions for BPCL Smart Card along with Shlumberger, Data and software services for Samsung SDS, Land Records Management solutions for various governments etc . Was also responsible for technical Solutioning and pre-Sales in United States Geography

Started as a Technical Management Trainee through Campus Recruitment. On completion of training period, was responsible for IT services and Solutions for Modi Xerox . Worked on the core competency of Nationwide Communications and enabling complex project delivery for Xerox globally . Worked as a key member in the creation of Xerox Global Delivery Center in India.
