-Develop and oversee execution of detailed plans, budgets, and purchases for multifaceted marketing campaigns, which include, but are not limited to public relations, advertising, promotional materials, displays, and social media-Establish and manage relationships with media personnel and target audience to communicate organizational initiatives and activities -Create, implement, and manage public relations campaigns to advance client brand, broaden awareness of programs, increase visibility across key stakeholder audiences and cultivate new and existing relationships with target audiences-Oversee and produce written copy for internal and external communications, ensuring that all collateral materials conform to accepted standards of accuracy, clarity, impact, sponsor recognition, timeliness and style of clients. Work product including but not limited to press releases, fact sheets, media advisories, website copy, social media copy, blogs, email newsletters, case studies, and talking points-Monitor and track KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations for continued improvement and best practices-Negotiate and execute media planning and buying including electronic, print, digital, and non-traditional-Provide key messaging support for media interviews and reputation management issues, i.e. crisis communications-Create and execute media promotions and third-party promotions-Develop and manage all vendor and supplier relationships in support of client marketing goals-Build and maintain community partnerships and strategic alliances for clients-Builds, manages and regularly retools company’s budget with COO to ensure sound fiscal health-Drive continual process improvements and implement best practices to manage projects efficiently-Oversee and train staff in addition to managing outside vendors and consultants
