My daily work includes Zendesk consultation and deployments, while leading onboarding projects and training our customers in workshops. In these projects I help our customers define their needs, as well as configure the solutions for them accordingly. A big part of my job is independent work of solving the digitalization challenges of our B2B clients.I also work together with our Sales director, taking part in the sales meetings and demonstrating the software to potential customers, as well as finding new leads and approaching them.When it comes to our marketing procedures, I also help our Marketing director with the content creation by writing articles and newsletters from time to time.

My job was to take care of our Finnish market, which included B2B sales, customer success, communication, as well as marketing. I searched and contacted new leads, had sales meetings with potential clients, prepared and signed contracts for them, and took good care of our existing customers. I also planned and executed our marketing campaigns (blog, newsletter and social media), and worked together with my colleagues to implement business development strategies in Finland. I found it super interesting to work on the new market development - as the Finnish market was still very new for Rainbow Riders.I have learned a lot about working within SaaS industry, as well as understanding the needs of our clients when it comes to offering different payment method solutions for them.

In this real estate company I was responsible for office support including for example word processing, scheduling appointments, invoicing, customer service and creating brochures and advertisements using InDesign and Photoshop. I was also responsible for tenancy procurements from beginning to end, taking the pictures of the apartments, making the displays and writing the leasehold agreements, among other things. In word processing my task could be e.g. transcribing valuation reports and collecting other documents regarding plots, dwelling houses and office buildings.This privately owned company traded mostly plots and dwelling houses, but also couple of office buildings and rental apartments.

In this advertising agency I started as a full-time intern and continued as a regular employee after the internship period. My responsibilities were purchase ledger, account receivable, budgeting, customer service, scheduling appointments with clients and participating the meetings, among many other ad hoc tasks. Later I started also as an project assistant, helping the project coordinator with some of the biggest advertising projects.This job teached me the ability to endure stress and prioritize my tasks at work.
