My responsibilities include digital audio services (RadioPlay & Podplay), entertainment site Voice.fi, all radio channel websites and over all social media strategy. Bauer Media is the pioneer in the audio industry and the largest radio house in Finland. We reach around three million Finns on our radio and online products weekly. Our brands are Radio Nova, Iskelmä, KISS, Radio City, Radio Pooki, SuomiRock, Radio 957, Ysäri, Kasari, NRJ, Nostalgia, Radio Classic, Auran aallot, Radio Pori, Räp, Basso, RadioPlay, Podplay and Voice.fi.

I worked in a senior Data Business Specialist role helping Data Refinery start-up with the market expansion and to scale the productization and technology to new markets. I made wide data usage research and was responsible of strategically important partnerships, including Media agency relations.

My main responsibilities were to lead our core technology platform development and the data visualization self-service tool development. I was responsible for both productization and operative functions and building them towards international scalability. I was member of the Management board in Data Refinery and a team leader.

I worked as a business owner for digital marketing concepts, partner networks and online inventory monetization. Aller Medias data products and data commercialization, including delivery proseccess to the end customers were my main responsibilities. I documented all commercial business proseccess and spotted their development needs. I was also a team manager for digital business developers.

I was in charge of change management and digitalization projects. In this role I led the modernization of the ad management system, our targeting technology, business proseccess and the whole online data and advertising productization. I led the productization of our data to Google Bid Manager. This was the first step that led to Allers current strategic focus as a data provider. I was also a team manager for digital business professionals.

I worked as an Online Advertising Solutions Specialist with ownership of Sanoma Network Online advertising solutions, development roadmap and its implementation in conjunction with the business units. I was also in charge of go-to-market, sales support and communications.

Sanoma Outlet was a self-service on-line advertising service that enabled the advertiser to purchase and manage performance-based campaigns in Sanoma’s online media. I was in charge of system and product development, productization, sales funnel optimization, and site revenue analysis and reporting.

I was hired to set up Sanoma’s new performance-based business, Sanoma Outlet (the current Sanoma Optimizer). I was in charge of service design, technology development and commercial concept. The product became a success and it exceeded all its goals.

As a founder, I was in charge of the comprehensive maintenance of the company. I was producing and selling Finnish handicrafts rewarded with Finnish key flag symbol. I expanded the business with acquisition, and the e-commerce Bookstore Sixth Sense (Nov 2012 – Jul 2013) became a subsidiary of the Raitamäki farm. I transferred the existing business to a new e-commerce platform, digitizing the whole business. The company was resold in July 2013.

I was in charge of Finnish media- and Publisher cooperation, including performance-based network maintenance and enhancement, international publisher operations, ads and website optimization and customer service. I also sold and developed self service technology, that was specialized in buying online media space and to commercialize medias online inventory.

I worked versatilely with graphic design, web sites, image processing, flash animations and contributory communications.

I was teaching Microsoft Office, PHP, HTML, XHTML and how to use computer.

I was packing and pricing magazines in Rautakirja dispatch department.

I made travel and home insurances and sorted office posts.
