I acted as counsel in general courts, arbitration proceedings, and acted as a secretary to arbitral tribunal. I also assisted clients in the enforcement proceedings of international judgments and arbitral awards.I gathered specific experience in disputes relating to shareholders' agreements and share redemptions, as well as various compliance issues relating to corporate and securities market law. For my professional growth a notable case has been the redemption dispute of the minority shares of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj where I acted as co-counsel acquiring the leave to appeal to the Supreme Court.
