Providing support to MemberPress customers.

• Providing support for free users and customers of Lyrathemes, installing and setting up themes and child themes, resolving theme-related issues, adjusting look and feel, resolving conflicts arising from various plugin issues, troubleshooting and resolving common WordPress issues. Advising on site-optimisation, suggesting best course of action in achieving needed functionality, etc.• Testing new themes, code changes, and new features. Bug hunting and fixing or escalating it to the developers’ level.

• Providing remote support for PC/Windows users for a wide variety of software issues.

• Design and Maintenance of web sites – Managing and implementing web based projects - Joomla! CMS, basic PHP and JavaScript, IP.Board forum software, WordPress blogging platform, protection of data and website integrity. SEO optimization. Removal of viruses and malicious software, backup and recovery.• Operating systems, installation, re-installation, updating and troubleshooting of Windows operating system. • ICT in business: installation of e-commerce modules, forum and blog administering, administration of webinars and other applications (GPX Mapsource, Dropbox, Facebook promotions, etc).

• Implementation of SIDA funded project, supporting agriculture development in BiH, technical support to cattle farms, milk and medicinal herbs production. Support to organic food production, collection of wild fruit and establishment of a local certification body. • Organising business to business meetings in Sweden, visits to agro fairs, know-how transfer in cattle farming and medicinal herbs growing, seminars and workshops on organic food marketing, networking and organic-licensing.• Monitoring and reporting to donor, field visits and briefings to SIDA representatives. Project presentation through preparing and editing web page articles and interactive modules. • Facilitating multi stakeholders’ communications through using innovative ICT applications.

• Telecommunication equipment maintenance, Computer’s hardware and software service, maintenance, setting up, and maintenance of internal network (LAN). Providing LAN support Assistance. • Organising and facilitating meetings with local communities and officials, discussing on humanitarian, security and development issues; regular communication and briefing of military and local state officials on CIMIC (civilian military cooperation), and other daily office tasks. • Translation of various written documents, i.e. contracts, projects, appeals, complaints, newspaper articles. Quality control and verification of text content. Press clipping. Working as interpreter during meetings, ceremonies, negotiations, inspections etc.
